Leadership starts at the top of the company and should be designed to encourage all executives, managers and employees to work together as one unit to achieve the goals and objectives set forth.  Gradel was founded by Gerald Holland, President/CEO, who has been working in customers service for over 30 years.   

Experience

Gerald's experience includes; budgeting, financial management, human resource management, audit preparation and contract management.  Gerald is a professional at building excellent relationships with customers and he believes that excellent communication skills and industry knowledge are essential traits to building long term relationships.
